Congrats Eric...I like the Black Dial Semper...it has a lot of Class Buddy!
and is one of my favorites
I have a Atlas as well but with the Matte black dial...for some reason the Guillochet didn't work as well with the Large cushion case as it does on a smaller case imo...watch2.gifI see your getting wet like we did all last night,Big Time Thunderstorms in November!
Jean Marcel Semper Black dial
Hand made dial with real blued screws on the rotor. The way for the average person to tell the difference is to look in the grove and if the blue color typically does not go down in then it is painted, not heated and quenched. The original purpose for blueing's screws is it looked nice but also got off all of the little burs that existed on hand made screws. I sent back my Atlas to get this one some may say that was not a good trade but it worked for me.
