Regarding the Poseidon...I don't think there is any question on the inspiration coming from the excellent IWC Aquatimer, but at the same time the Poseidon offers some very significant value for the dollar IMO. It is a well built watch and I enjoy mine a lot. (the IWC Aquatimer continues to be on my wish list)Please show me these specific designs that are truly unique only to Prometheus?...this new Poseidon is nothing more than a re-branded replica imho.
Regarding the Prometheus brand specifically, I've got to agree with Phil on this one...they have a number of Prometheus specific designs in the lineup along with designs inspired by or homages to some legendary great ones from the big brands. This seems to be the case for the majority of micros.
To say "no imagination" and "just copies" seems to be a bit harsh, but to each his own.
