Congratulations. It looks like a Valjoux of the 1960s because that is what the original 3133s were and this is a follow-on design from them. If memory serves, and there is good evidence that my memory is very fallible today, the USSR actually purchased all the tools and dies from Valjoux for some of their movements and proceeded to produce them for the Poljots.
