Oscar, I am one of the biggest proponents of the Festivus but going back through the threads, we were given very specific timelines and pricing information as to how things would proceed. Enthusiasm is wonderful but does not make up for the inability to meet expectations which were set by James' post(s). To me this is fundamentally poor customer realtions. I am not overly interested in surpises either as the surprise may or may not be to my liking. I was quite happy with the rendering provided along with the timelines stated earlier. I do not believe this will be done for Christmas, especially if the custome signatures are going to take more than a few days. Quite frankly, I have reallocated the funds needed for the Festivus to the Doxa GMT Caribbean I expect to be opening on Christmas Day.

Please do not take this as my saying I am out of the mix, but I am skeptical, unenthused and frankly do not have much confidence in ORSA's promises based on what has occurred thus far. I do want to commend you and James for giving this a good go, but at this point I will believe it when I see it. Yo should have had your watch in hand at the beginning of the month and unless the thing is sporting a sapphire cyrstal and makes coffee, the delay you are experiencing is unacceptable, especially considering you made payment. I am worried this is par for the course with this vendor as rubber straps seem to be at a premium too. If you are in the business of selling a product, you should have all elements of that product avaialble before you take dollar one... empty expectations are hard to recover from and a reputation has and is developing and being reinforced by continued gaffes and excuses... After all we are cutomers and should be treated as such.

Just my opinion and sorry to say I am disppointed in the extreme...
