The founding fathers considered it a way to loose fortunes. In a legislated society a way to secure profits is to legislate. If any party really wanted any of those things you gentle man were talking about, it would have already been done. Look at peoples actions not there words, that defines a person. I was raised in politics and was made a KY Colonel at age 18 by the Governor and Secretary of State 3 years before I was legally eligible, retoric gets no one any where. Ideas are what moves things forward or backward.
