I always love that unique GP Chris !
Great design.

Thanks very much Phil! ThumbsUp02.gif

It is a very cool design for sure, and continues to get a bunch of wrist time.

That tropic combo is a very tasty looking combo on your Prometheus today Phil! You've got to help me out though...who makes that Tropic? Looks like an excellent quality tropic, but I don't think it is a Borealis Boavista, right? The diamond cutout pattern looks slightly different with larger central diamonds compared to the side diamonds if you know what I mean. Looks very supple. thumbsup.gif

Looking for a GP like yours but is an rare bird I must admit.
And pricy on the 2nd hand market.

Regarding the Tropic:

This is an ZELOS Tropic. 22mm size.

I know what you mean Chris.
The edge of the strap is also different.
The whole strap looks different to the original design of the original Tropic straps.

But it is very comfy.

The second hand market for most things sure seems to be a bit price inflated at the moment, whether you're looking to buy a car, watch, ...whatever. Strange times.

Thanks so much for the information on your Tropic Phil! you rock.gif I think we both have a bit of an obsession when it comes to well made watch straps!!!subtlelaugh.gif

I will definitely have to check out this Tropic from Zelos! Did not know that they were producing these, although have heard some positive comments about their watches. Looking at the specs, also looks like a bit less taper compared to some other tropics too...I tend to like a bit less taper which they are showing as 2mm on both the 22mm and 20mm models.

Thanks again for the reference info my friend! thumbsup.gif
