Tony using a monocular contact system takes a second or two to get use to. If it is a true one eye for distance and one for near than I assume you were told about the difference that you will experience estimating distances, for example on coming cars. The system is solid been used for years and gives the maximum amount of usable reading area. Congratulations on the refraction and fit.So when you go peeee make sure you hit the right spot
