Eyal Lalo...can your Co. Produce a watc/model with NO gliches? Or is that part of the Invicta charm?

Hahaha! I have to laugh. Looks like I may have to return it. Does not pop out to wind mode, and upon screwing in...is very stubborn for first 1/4 turn??? Eyal Lalo...can your Co.
