I picked up an addition to my collection that I have waiting quite some time for.....I have always liked the Eterna brand for thier contribution to the mechanical watch ( inventing the ball bearing rotor system used still today) What I was on the lookout for was a Kontiki 3 hand similar to Yamahakis ....BUT they are not easy to find since there is no US dealer for Eterna .... When I saw this on the bay brand new in box , I jumped .....The watch is unusual in that its a 120 meter chronograph ..... It has a tach inside but an outside divers bezel .... It is very similar to the Omega Speedy in many ways...in heft and quality ...I have a speedy so its easy to compare ...its 39mm plus crowns ....it is a modified 7750 movement .....not knowing what to expect I was blown away by its quality in fit and finish ....the bracelet however is not in the same class as an Omega however ...but few are ....It comes in a quality presentation box also
