Pays your money, gets your certificate. You can take GIA certification courses remotely for as little as $600 and add the neat initials to your business card. Then when you are "determining value" for those diamond dust and glue' concoctions you may speak with authority.
Of course the end result is that your declarations on the quality of these stones is STILL gonna be based on YOUR credibility!;)
