1st I'm hearing of this as I have sent in for COSC papers for all of my Ventura Chronometres and received them with the 5 position scores and a passing stamp matching the # stamped on the Bridge....My pre-owned Rolex didn't  come with COSC paperwork but the AD got it for me...I have never heard of COSC only testing Bridges/Ebauches(unless you are calling the entire movement a Bridge) but the entire assembled movement...not including the Watch itself as the Watch is assembled after the movement is passed by COSC....and anything can happen after that...especially with an Invicta!!!:DSee FAQ from COSC about issuing of paperwork....

Without the certificate it is just a serialized movement with no warranty that it actually passed COSC tests and for that matter no warranty that it was even submitted. All you get out of that deal is the knowledge that at least one of the bridges on the movement was serialized for COSC testing nothing more.
