The only problem is I need a new rubber sledge, when those gears do not line up just right a little whack helps them out.  That don't mess up the gears, you don't think, the rotor never spins the same again but it still works.  Had to take up racked ball to get the things to wind though.  Welcome to the slop school of watch making (no actual watches were hurt in any way during this demonstration).
