I went through a similar situation a couple years ago and although it took several months I did get a Watch through persistance....I hope you have a quicker responsehand6.gif Isn't Robert a part of Steinhart...maybe you would have better luck going directly to Steinhartwatch2.gif
Yes I have contacted Robert and FedEx as the package has been opened it's also possible that it was stolen during shipping.
The response I got from Robert was stunned disbelief and an assurance that they didn't intentionally rob me but in the same email my contact told me they were going to China and hoped that it was resolved when they got back. (as if going to China and not taking any more action was going to magically solve the problem) I haven't heard anything from Robert since. In hindsight I am getting more and more irritated at their response but I suppose they are not obligated to just believe every person who claims they got a box with no watch in it so I will remain patient a while longer, like maybe until lunch today ;)
