Thanks Oscar - that was a good read.  So, the patents fell into the public domain and these are essentially Eta designs.  There was no mention, odd, of quality regarding these movements.  Design is terrific but so are materials, finish, QC, etc.

Thanks Oscar.  I saw some of that on SNBC but not knowing the company that makes the movement I was a bit skeptical but then many believe everything they see or hear at SNBC.coyote2.gif
