The Second Crown(lower) is To SetTime/ Wind the Alarm!!..The Alarm Hand is Under the Hour Hand in the Pic,...The Alarm is Pretty Loud off the Wrist and Vibrates On
The Top Crown is To Wind the Engine and set the Alarm!!!! You know what I like about this Russian watch??? It does not have date!!! Cos the russian movt's date is a PITA to adjust!!! :)
Btw, I presume that the second crown is for the alarm hand adjsutment eh?
