You are right though, all the kids he goes to school with are into that Yugimon/Pokeyo junk, they don't know anything about trains :X

..........and mine have been on the Grand Canyon train several times as the "Polar Express", climbed on all of the displays and been on several of the old trains that "run" the mountains in Colorado!!!
They love trains!
There are quite a few short line "tourist" steam lines here in Pa. Besides Steamtown, there is one outside Philadelphia (New Hope & Ivyland), Lancaster (Strasburg RR) and my favorite, The Knox & Kane RR in Bradford (right by the home of Zippo Lighters). It used to go over the Kinzua Bridge (was the longest wooden RR bridge at one time) until it was blown apart by a storm. We were there one of the last times the train went across the bridge before it was closed due to structural issues. 2 years later it was gone.
