 stripped stem or stripped case?

basically, is the screw down crown not seating in the case; or is the the crown not threaded properly on the stem?

If its a screw down crown, the crown tube will need to be replaced; usually by manufacturer. Happens to my Oris dive watch about every 18 months.

If its the crown on stem, you'll just need a new stem and crown.
