 If there are issues speaking to QC (misaligned cyclops), contact the company...I am certain they will want to make this right!  MarcelloC CS is second to none!

As far as the lume goes...it really is a matter of surface area on the newer watches.  I have an 03 Tridente GMT that is not great...but my newer Tridentes and the 04 Nettuno have all be pretty good :)
