Thanks for all your support. I really appreciate it. I will always be around if you need me. I will shoot it straight.

I will be fine, I do feel sorry for those who will no longer get the support they need.

Anyone wishing to vent about DOXA, can do it here. You free here from censorship.

For all of you wanting to purchase DOXA's be wary that they no longer will cover tubes and crown's. They are not warrantied items. Also to quote Mr. Jenny..., or to quote John P, about Mr. Jenny "he doesnt care about Americans or the American Market"...I have this in writing! Actually, I have a lot on writing.

It ws a constant battle for honor and being truthfull, many of you were BCC'd, and know the truth.

Here is what led to my termination...Also, as I find interesting emails, I will post them.

Here is a sample of what truly happened...should you want to know more, feel free to email, I am more than happy to tell you the truth. Luckily I saved all the emails. So, I will be posting them shortly. If you want to know the true reason that I was fired here it is...Many of you have been on the BCC list for quit some time, so I expect this does not come as a shock to you.

To those who I have served it has been a pleasure and an honor. I will continue to serve you in anyway I can. I am here if you need me.

Warmest Regards to all of you,

It is no threat Rick, I never make threats I do what I say. Me lie, No sir, I have the documents in front of me. Acquired through FedEx, and through the US Government.

I explained my actions with ETA, I am legally allowed to inquire for a freind. I did nothing wrong with ETA, I carboned copied John P on all of them. I have the application, that was sent in so I can post that as well.

What you do is unacceptable in life.

Now, who are people going to believe documents, or you? Wait I have an Idea, how about I take photos of them before I post such as this one...nah, I will post them, and then you can deal with them!

No way out for you my friend. You web of lies will unfold...

Don't threaten me John. you are lying or someone told you lies through and through
The decision came due to your last action with ETA. This is absolutely unacceptable in the watch business.

Good deal!
Now, I can post everything...
I will still call it wont stop me, you now started a war you cannot win.
I have documents, papers, now, I can go forward with the truth. Your 10 year contract. The 11 additional dials you handed out for the limited edition 100 only Divingstar. The fact that DOXA USA consist of only three people. Everything truthful I have.

People are not going to be to happy. You reap what you sew my freind.
Now, I will sit back and dedicate a website so people can see that dials cost $.10 cents. The whole watch is less than $200.00. complete breakdowns of everything. From DOXA paperwork not me.
Mr. Jenny, I mean no disrespect to you...however, DOXA will not fare well in this country. Due to Rick's actions. Now that I am free to speak freely, I am truly sorry for you. For the one you hired to be your right hand man, will be your company's downfall in the US.
I will also recalculate my last months earnings since I was only allowed to charge for 10 hours per day, and I worked more.

Exactly what I said Rick...every I turn around, it seems one of the Jenny's doesn't like the way I do things. Yet, no one has called me, outside of John.

So, in the AM, I will call Mr. Romeo F. Jenny, and ask him personally, as a matter of fact, I will call every Jenny and ask them why it seems no matter what I do, it never seems good enough.

I am tired of a constant battle of people I have never talked too. So, I am going to seek a resolution.

Let me get this strait, they are upset becuase I requested a raise? If they think I am going to continue to work, and do what I do for $12.00 an hour, they can look for another fool.
I don't need the money, but what is fair is fair. They don't pay for a thing in this house. Nothing...not my gas to go to the post office, not my electricity, not my cable, not my phone lines and fax line. Nothing.
The average income in this state for this position is well over $100,000.00, and that is the lowest, the median is $155,000,00 for all I do...with minimum education, I have a Post Doctorate Degree.
Tell them to rethink this, very carefully. I promise you that no one will do this job for $12.00 an hour.
I am genuinely enraged at the audacity, which they have at this point. So, they want to screw me over they have another thing coming.
I tried calling Switzerland since they don't have the guts to call me, but I will get a hold of someone tomorrow. No need to go through a middleman, you can stay out of it; I am going to go direct, and discuss this like a man.
I have Peter, and Romeo numbers, home and cell.
I am tired if this constant, almost daily battle between what you say the Jenny's say, and what I do. There has to be some resolve...

John, please do not involve Lusine in the DOXA stuff. Cause we do not want to have any disputes about this in the future. If your time does not let you take care of everyone, then customers should wait.
Yesterday I forwarded your salary email to Switzerland and they were upset about the presentation of the idea. If Lusine will start helping out then it means that she has to be paid separately and DOXA does not allow husband and wife to work in the same company.
I also do not want to hear that she was working for free and be involved in this discussion later on. I hope you understand that things are likely to turn like this at the end when there are any issues.
John
Hey John,
Here is my invoice for March of 2007. This year is up at DOXA, and although I am not doing this for the money, I am not being paid what I am worth. When I started, my only function was that I was to do Online Chat Live. Then phones.
Well as you know, I am acting more like an executive director, of which I do not mind, I actually love the job, and enjoy taking care of customers. However, $12.00 an hour for what I do is truly underpaid, this is the minimum starting wage for hired help, or manual labor as stock people in this area. I know I am worth more than a stock boy’s wage. I have advanced degrees. Here is the median amount I would be paid here in the US.
The median total compensation including benefits for a typical Customer Service Director in Brandon, FL 33511, is $155,833. The median total cash compensation for a typical Customer Service Director in Brandon, FL 33511, is $119,060. I do not expect a mega pay raise, or anywhere near this amount, not even half of the base pay...but I would like to be paid a little bit more for all the effort and hard work that I do put in. In addition, I would rather have a stable salary, I am still willing to file it monthly, but in all, honestly I do not really like being paid by the hour it makes no sense.
I would like a set stable salary monthly. One, which I guarantee will be more than fair to DOXA, but also fair to me as well.
This is what I propose. Direct salary of $4,500 per month. Or, $4,200.00 per month, if you break in up into hours that is a $3.00 an hour pay raise ($15.00), and in addition every time a new watch comes out a watch as a bonus.
Thanks,
John
