Paxman - yes probably wishful thinking on my part as I jested last night, and I hope so. If the product is good it will hold through. What's disconcerting is if a company treats employees this badly and already a notion that they have less than desirable customer service, and finally tagged with a "chinese" notoriety to it, it's gonna change a lot of people views (at least prospective buyers) and affect sales.
