This is my first post on the 3T Forum. I have been participating @ WUS and other forums for a while and signed up here not only to join what I heard was a great Forum but also to learn more about the saga that's happened on the WUS DOXA forum.
Boy have I learned something! I was just observing with no judgements being made, I just wanted to read the uncensored facts (if they do exist).
But the most recent postings have prompted me to make two statements:
1) THANK YOU to O.A. Gaspar & KenC @ 3T (also to Eddie @ TX-UK, Mitch @ Ocean7 Fora/WUS and the moderators @ the Dive Fora/WUS) for providing the means and opportunity for watch enthusiasts to hang out, learn from each other and share experiences, all without the fear of censorship or heavy handed moderation. Hopefully mutual respect and common courtesy will continue to be the true regulators of our own postings. Sometimes this is not the case and those that do not exhibit these reasonable expectations deserve to get the flamed responses they have provoked.
2) THANK YOU to any and all current or retired Military, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Personnel for making sacrifices and putting your life at risk on a daily basis so that others around the world and in your local communities will be better off. My Grandfather served in WW2 with the Canadian Forces as a cook. Whether a highly decorated war hero or a cook, EVERY contribution to the military should be celebrated and appreciated. Wars are not won by one man or woman. Insulting or questioning someone's Military service is truly sad & pathetic. I completely understand KenC's reaction to JV's posting, JV's comments were completely uncalled for & just plain wrong.
I am now wondering... if this forum gave J. Vargas the means to fully explain the situation and back-up all the claims he has made (not that I have seen them all but I am sure they are scattered around the internet somewhere) why has he not made a clear, concise and complete statement of ALL the facts so that others could read them and come to their own conclusions? Just lay them all out there, together in one posting.
Frankly if JVargas does possess a JD degree then I would never want this guy for my lawyer! This is no way to present the evidence if you plan on winning over a jury. His methods would just land him in jail for contempt of court. Maybe this is why he was working in customer service for $12.00/ hour and not making $1000/ hour as a lawyer. But then who am I to judge.

Finzup........welcome to 3T. I can assure you that JohnV had every bit of board space he wanted. He was not censored, hewas no edited and he was not banned. Hell, he still isn't banned.
In fact, the beginning of the thread gives him some support...and then he showed up, took peoples comments out of context and personally attacked them for it. That is when the board started showing him up for what he apparently is...a fraud.
Thank you for your kind words about the military, and you are right on the money......a General of a PFC, they all make their own very important contributions......come to think of it, I never saw a General in a foxhole with an M-16!!!!
