I have to thank Beth C. at World Lux for a most pleasurable buying experience. I was able to get the watch on the bracelet and the integrated rubber strap at a very competitive price. The entire experience with Beth and World Lux was top shelf all the way. Any question I had was answered, and Beth spent more than enough time being my eyes and hands as I peppered her with questions on the watch. She hooked me up with the watch I wanted and the strap. When I was ready so was the watch. Overall, I highly recommend the World Lux experience.

What can I say about the watch? In a word: massive! This thing makes my Vixa look and feel small. I was in the considering purchasing some better-known brand pieces but became obsessed with the Regulator. I knew I would have to go for it. I’m going to spend the weekend with it and will give it a better review after we are acquainted. First impressions: Massive and solid while remaining comfortable. Excellent fit and finish. Sweet dial work. A great bracelet. I though I was going to through it on the rubber strap but the bracelet is too nice to let sit idle. The strap is a soft silicone with a bit of a spongy, powdery feel. The regulator arrangement is easy to get used to though I find some times to be a bit startling aesthetically. For example, the hour and minute hands cross at say 2:50 and that throws me a bit. I wanted something a bit off the beaten path and idiosyncratic, and I think I got it… Thanks for taking a look.

I’m a bit rusty with the camera but here are some pix. Just dust...
