Sorry to hear of your bad Croton experience, Eric. I was almost tempted by the orange model. I do have a Croton that actually was a great deal and a real nice watch but don't doubt you got a loser... I'm not sure where the watches are made and I wouldn't doubt it is China, but I am guessing the sticker on the box was referring to the box itself. You did the right thing by sending it back.
