I've seen it on a few and a good jeweler will clean and adjust for around $40....it's not worth sending it back sometimes:) I would have to say Invicta has been my biggest offender over the years but you get what you pay for with any watch:D I think I would be more upset if I paid in a higher price range and seen dust or particals under the crystal front or rear:( When taking pics with a macro lens is when most items appear for me although I did get a Invicta that had a screw visible to the eye just sitting near the edge of the exhibition back once:D
