Sorry...thought I linked it. It is the one above...but the fact that a DOA had to be sent in for repair instead of it being immediately replaced speaks volumes to really S**tty customer service.
It's true, the first batch sold out too fast (?) to get a replacement, but to be fair, the procedure was fast and painless so far. Mitch apologogized multiple times, was very responsive and hooked me up directly with the Swiss Manufacturer. The Mfg promptly contacted me the next morning and I expect the watch to be back this week. Mitch also offered me a second bezel insert for the inconvenience. Let's see how it comes out. Movement is ETA, btw.
