I can speak for the Stowa and Schaumburg and say either would be a great choice and under your price range....and I think Marc/IW may have a line on some Nomos hand6.gif...but I have been wanting a Muhle for years and would like to hear from someone who owns 1 on this forum....(hint,hint)
