 I purchased a Marine Diver from Ron at IW and it was nearly impossible to get a hold of the guy - try calling everyday for a week and he might pick up the phone once.  Nice watches, but the lack of customer service (or any response at all) is a hang up for me.  Glad to hear other people had more positive experiences though.
