Monday the FedEx truck showed up at 10:00 am, I sign for the package wondering what was in it, and to my surprise it was the watch. (Two weeks later)  Fixed, and looking good. I can’t believe all of this was done without any hassle; they paid for all shipment cost, and sent an apology letter for the inconvenience. Does anybody know off another watch company that provides this kind of service?
