Thanks guys. It really is funny buying a "quality" watch which has been well worn but not abused for a reasonable price. It was the same with the Superocean I had. I just used it as a beater and I never felt like I wanted to mollycoddle it or wrap it in cotton. It's the same with this Seamaster. It was someone's daily wear for a couple of years and it still looks great. I'll dress up the case and bracelet a wee bit but the Wabi it has looks great. I just can't imagine my Doxas or Sea-Dweller getting worn the way this one did and that's actually sad in a way. Well pleased with this purchase. Pete
