OK guys, I need your help on a recommendation. I have a '79 Seiko 6309-7040 that I have had for a while. I have been having problems with the automatic movement. It starts and stops running randomly, not good characteristics for a watch. I'm looking to source someone that works on these and can either repair the movement or replace it completely if needed. The watch is in beautiful shape appearance wise, not original, it has replacement dial hands and bezel insert. So if it is more cost effective to replace the movement with something new, that's OK. Hopefully there is a recommendation with a turn around time less than the 6 months from IWW. Any suggestions??? :? Thanks, Dave ![]()
