 Hi Dave - I unfortunately don't have a good info to share, but somebody here MUST. Although I will say 6 months is a long time; 3 months is "more the norm".

Have you tried Universal Watch Repair at Universalwatch.net? They are the warranty center for a few brands I deal with.
