The stem and gear are out of sink of sort. Try to pull the stem out and reinsert it while holding down on the button, the gear running perpendicular to the stem should be closest to the case and then insert it. It may take a few tries, but without getting to tech. that is the easiest way to explain it. I have been up for 35+ hrs. so I am sorry if it is hard to follow.
I tried again, but still cannot get the watch to wind and set properly. When you say, "the gear running perpendicular to the stem should be closest to the case," I get confused. How can I get this gear to move or line up prior to inserting the stem? Thanks for your continued assistance. :)
