Thank you, cnmark, for your analysis.  I agree 100% about the RT, but unless I sell a couple of watches, it is out of my budget for now. 
Why couldn't one of the bracelets be replaced with a dressy black strap and then be considered a dress watch? The silver dial Titoni would look striking, I think, on a strap and the case is just 36mm (excluding crown). I do not know the thickness, but if you see the photo below, you can see that it is not very thick. I think it qualifies as a "dress watch."  Or is the dial still too busy to be considered a dress watch?  Who decides what a "dress watch" is anyway? What do others think?
(This is so much fun that I almost don't want to make a decision! Capisci?)
