I hear you Amps!....my brother-in-law is a 28 yr. vet of the Air Force and only wears the basic black G-Shock...he beats them to no end and they seem to be a military favorite hand6.gif
Most of my digital didn't survive long in the NAVY.... lets just say they took a beating and died a horable death.
If it was cheap and was strapped to my wrist it didn't last more than a few months....
I have learned that if I spend a little extra it will last a lot longer... same goes for my sun glasses my cars, my toys in general....
