that's a great little camera as "carry everywhere" - and a great macro capability too. Actually I considered that ELPH (called "IXUS" here) when I bought my new toy.
Looking at your wristshots your cam appears to be superb regarding "image noise" (sheer envy here...!). Though I prefer mine due to it's wideangle capability, I have to admit the noise generated by my cam's sensor is much more apparent than that of your's (envy again!).
