Hi Gregger, Fuji S5100 also known as Fuji S5500 in some countries. They are the exact same camera. In order to take better or more magnified pics, basically you need macro close up filters. But in order for your S5100 to be able to accept an additional lens as an attachment, you need a LENS ADAPTER. Below is a link when you can get a lens adpater with UV filter & Polarized lens at a good price. LENS ADAPTER FOr FUJI S5100 Now for macro close up filters, when you get the above which means your camera accepts 52mm filters. So below is a link for 52mm close up filters, they are quite good in my opinion: 52mm MACRO CLOSE UP FILTERS Unless you want VERY good filters, you can go for Nikon 3T and Nikon 4T but of course more expensive. Or even the Canon 250D. All the three are 52mm close up filters. I would suggest you try out the above links first or similar type of filters and adapter before moving forward. Cos with those, you can still take quite good macro pics.
