It definitely winds far more than five times, so it's possible you have a defective one on your hands. I'd give it, er, time.

I bought the same watch approximately one month ago. I was also surprised by the non-rotating bezel and thought the strap was lame. It definitely winds far more than five times, so it's possible you have a defective one on your hands. I'd give it, er, time.
