I had recently purchased a Mach1 chrono from Steinhart as many of us didhand6.gif The same day I noticed a winding problem and e-mailed Steinhart to the issue at which I sent the watch back....I called Sales and spoke w/Alldaron their Sales/PR man who was very polite and without hesitation explained the problem they found after shipping the watches that some had come from Switzerland with short winding stems installed and that a new watch w/ the new stem would be shipped out after they got them back from the watchmaker:) I was impressed w/Alldarons honesty at not trying to side step the problem and he treated my concern personally from beginning to end...calling me and letting me know what was going on and when the watch was shipped back to me overnight1...I received the Mach1 today and can say I am extremely pleased w/ the watch and the CS I received from Stenhart/DeBaufre and Alldaron who through his actions have sold me 100% on their product and the less than 1 week turn around!....it's nice to know that there are manufacturers/vendors such as we have here on 3T that offer supreme CS/QC...and btw I love this Mach1yourock.gif
