 At last count I had around 200 vintage and modern wristwatches and another 30 RR grade pocket watches.  I store them in watch cases that hold about 20 watches each, those are stored in a large safe.  My wife calls it the "watch refrigerator".

I then have a database with each watch individually numbered, the cases are labeled with the numbers of the watches so it is pretty easy to find something.
