 Do not worry about it, one day you will be able to recognize the different levels of movements by just looking at them.  That is the fun of it and why we all talk here in order to make informed decisions, but just because you do not see the difference does not mean that there is not one.

Keep coming back and do some searches from JohnyP he knows how to get the info from Adobe files posted on the site.  I have not learned how yet.
