My six year old daughter and I enjoyed a quick meal of grilled Boudin this evening. This is the first time I have ever grilled it. I usually steam it. It was wonderful. I keep forgetting about this Jenn-Air grill in our kitchen. With the temps over 100F for a while it has just been too hot to grill out. For those that don't know what Boudin is, Wikipedia will tell you. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boudin
