 Ian, your opinion is valued and it is good to hear from another PloProf owner (be it current or former). I am in on this one. Price wise, quoting Mitch, the owner of Ocean7 from their forum:

"I just received the preliminary quotation. Using these numbers, the watch will sell for $879, for the version with a sapphire bezel top. That includes an extra bezel and associated hardware.

If we don't use the sapphire top and go with a plain acrylic bezel, the cost will decrease by around $75-$100, still including an extra bezel".
