Ian, you are correct about selling watches bought at special prices. For example, I agreed not to sell my Ocean7 LM-3 for at least 6 months on the forums sales area or I believe on eBay as well. There was no restriction to sell it lets say if you were my neighbor and I wanted to sell it to you. I just can't advertise it over the forum sales areas. I have absolutly no issue with this agreement at all. It is a good idea.
