 My first choice is always a display back.  I simply enjoy seeing the movement doing its thing. 

The best example of this is the Sin 103 St Sa Ar, the back crystal is as large as the front and even has AR coating!  When you flip the watch over, your first thought is that the back has fallen off, because the crystal is so large and clear.
