Possible the watch had sat in the box for awhile. Some times the movement oils can gunk up but that dose not always require service. Sometimes it can be worked loose and be fine after several hours of working. Hoping for the best for you there. ;) Thanks Skip, that is what I was hoping to hear. I'll wear it and see how it performs. I assume that if the problem persists, that it is likely a simple fix for a repairman? Lube it or possibly a hair or dust in the movement?
