 The Hammy ETO looks very sharp.  I have the X-wind and really like the size and feel of the 44mm case, which is the same used on the ETO.  Of the three you presented, that would be my choice.

I'm very happy with my Ocean 7 G-2, which is just a hair above your $400 limit, but well worth it IMHO.
