I PULLED THE TRIGGER ON THIS WATCH AND AFTER THINKING ABOUT IT FOR AN HOUR ...I CANCELLED THE ORDER ...AT FIRST I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING A CHARMEX BRAND ?!?!?!?! THEN I REALIZED THAT IT WASNT A CHARMEX AND I CANCELLED THINKING I COULD BUY AN OCEAN 7 OR ALMOST AN ORIENT STAR YELLOW DIVER ....I ULTIMATLY DECIDED ON BUYING THE ORIENT STAR YELLOW FOR ROUGHLY 1000 SHIPPED .....WILL ARRIVE NEXT WEEK hearteyes.gif
As I understand it Swiss Legend is a brand of SWI who deals with much of the domestic warranty issues for ShopNBC's watch sales and I believe they deal with other companies like Jacques Lemans (oh I guess that is another ShopNBC brand too) for domestic warranty work too.
I really tried hard to like the watch If it had been made by any respectable company and at least made in Europe somewhere the improved details would have made the watch but the Devil is in the details and I don't smell brimstone anywhere...
Lesson learned I think maybe I will go hunt down a Sinn656 now!!
