Are you dealing with the New York office?
If I ever have a problem with mine it would be good to know who and who not to contact.
Yes Skip....it wasn't purchased from an AD so I have to deal direct. The coped the attitude with me right away when I told them I have my own watchmaker who could do the work. Unfortunately he could not source the right size tube for the watch or I wouldn't even had to deal with them:?
