That is messed up. Using their people or a outsider should not matter. They should want their watches and reputation to be top notch and do what needs to be done to keep it that way whether the watch is from a AD, pre-owned or gray market. Sounds like Sam Friedman needs to have someone retrained. Or replaced! :?
