You might wonder why I take such  Issue with SNBC. Well of the 7 watches that I have ordered from SNBC that I did not cancel.  : ( I have ordered a few more but canceled several after 10-14 days and the order was still in Process)
The First one was the 9938 Winder debacle (first purchase from SNBC)
Then  I was shipped a $1200 JL Chrono with the Val. 7751  that the pusher fell out when I pushed it in.   (it was shipped from the Returns dept,  it is amazing I went to cancel the order the next morning and it was to late it had already been shipped )  I had to file a dispute with my CC on this one.  This is the one I spent 55 minutes on hold.
One watch that was  guaranteed delivery before Christmas  (ordered on the 9th of December it shipped snail mail on the 23rd.) Arrived the 27th. Another missed my Dads birthday.
Then I was shipped the wrong watch color ( white dial instead of blue Another Expensive watch )

Got this e-mail 3 times in my inbox  But it has always been after the expected ship date ( One was supposed to be a gift):

So I have gotten sucked in about 1 watch a month.  I  used the $50 coupon 2x one for me and one for my wife.

By the way I learn my lesson Never ever use the Smartlabel you have "NO Proof "  that you shipped it until it arrives at the Smartlabel warehouse in  California.  Plus Priority mail with tracking is only about $4.
One watch that I sent back this way, was mailed on the 15th and was received at Eden Praire for scanning on the 9th of the following month. They said that it outside the window for returns.  Smartlabel uses normal first class mail ( with no USPS tracking, so if it gets stolen or lost in transit your SOL, you can't even prove that you mailed it also no post mark either ( barcode label ) so no proof of a ship date.

So with this last e-mail I am done with purchases from SNBC.  I shop a lot on line ( I agree that e-bay is a bit of a gamble )  But other places that I shop on line on a regular basis, I get what I order ( i.e. Best Buy, Office depot, Staples, wal-mart, Costco, Sports authority,  HSN, Overstock, Target, etc )  I don't feel that it should be a gamble when you order from a almost 3/4 billion company. Value Vision.

But from mis-labeled description on the websites, to mis-representation on the tube.   So SNBC has a crappy record with me less than 50% I think that I have finally learned that they will never improve.

It is amazing I have had better luck with Dealtree ( the are explicit in what is wrong with any watch , probably to avoid charge-backs ) than I have had with dealing directly with  SNBC.
